Giveaway: Organically Grown

Most of us recognize the fact that organic food is better for us, but did you know that most conventional cotton also contains pesticides and other harmful chemicals? The Organic Exchange estimates that 25% of the world's pesticides are used in the production of conventional, non-organic cotton. Further, 7 out of the 10 pesticides found on conventionally grown cotton are considered carcinogens by the Environmental Protection Agency. Chemicals released into the environment contribute to work-force illnesses, water contamination, and the devastation of farmland. Organically Grown is proud to be part of the solution. They believe in your right to affordable, safe, stylish, high-quality organic products from apparel and home decor to personal care items. With Organically Grown there is no need to compromise between your budget and your budget and your conscience.

Organically Grown's Fall Collection is full of adorable infant outfits such as this adorable girl's "Penguins and Ruffles" 3-Piece Set (picture at right).

The rest of their collection is just as adorable. Check out this "My Little Cub" Take Me Home 3-Piece Set (picture on left).

22 Weeks!

I originally saw this on Kelly's Korner, then a few other blogs, so I thought I'd do something similar here. I'm 22 weeks today!

Photobucket

How Far Along: 22 Weeks - Over halfway there!
Size of baby: 11 inches - the size of a spaghetti squash
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 8 lbs
Maternity Clothes: I'm mainly wearing maternity jeans and pants but tops are still regular.
Gender: It's a surprise! We'll find out when he/she gets here!
Movement: I've been feeling the baby move more this week. I've had a few strong kicks, but most of the time it feels like little twitches. I'm pretty sure the baby changed positions the other day, as my whole belly shifted and now I feel him/her under my rib cage.
Sleep: Most of the time I sleep ok. I'm waking up more lately due to being sore (from sleeping on one side too long).
What I miss: Sleeping on my stomach
Cravings: Nothing specific
Best Moment this Week: Feeling the baby turn/change positions. I never felt that with my last pregnancy. It was really odd, but neat to know he/she is getting comfy in there.

Button Swap

After my recent design makeover I lost all of fellow blogger's buttons. I had them saved in a file but my husband accidentally deleted it. If you're interested in swapping buttons with me, please leave me a comment with your blog URL so that I can get you added. My button can be found in the left hand column :)
